It is women who ensure that business is run in a human and long-term effective manner.
If the question is, how female entrepreneurs are changing the world, I would spare a while to talk about women’s ability to change the world.
In 2020 here in Poland we not only dealt with the hardship of the business freeze due to COVID-19, but we also dealt with civil protests of women related to the tightening of the anti-abortion law by the Polish government.
What, on the one hand, is a thoroughly negative experience, on the other hand, it turns out to show a blessing. It’s the will to fight for what we believe is right. For putting the interests of the herd above temporary comfort. This is a double-edged sword and a reason why 78% of women in Poland are overworked. However, this energy, when used properly, is just what changes the world.
HR ranks are mostly female-powered. The area which, in the times of compulsive capitalism and the exploitation of people, was placed on an equal level in the hierarchy by the force of persistence and consistency globally. It is women who fight for the minorities. It is women who ensure that business is run in a human and long-term effective manner. We understand that the basis of building empires is never being indifferent and leaving nobody behind.
